Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Le Coin Bain Parfait. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

General Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Products must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories included.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The following items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons:
    • Brosses WC (toilet brushes)
    • Accessoires WC (toilet accessories) that have been installed
    • Opened Distributeurs de savon (soap dispensers)

Return or Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Your email should include:
    • Your order number
    • The product(s) you wish to return/exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • For exchanges: the new product you would like instead
  2. Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions.
  3. Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging with all included documents.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
  • For card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), the credit will appear on your account within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • For PayPal payments, refunds are typically immediate.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error or defective products.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for another product from our collection:

  1. Follow the standard return process above.
  2. Clearly indicate in your request which product you would like instead.
  3. If the new product is more expensive, you will be charged the difference.
  4. If the new product is less expensive, we will refund you the difference.

Defective Products
